Poet concludes Anoka-Ramsey reading series

The Anoka-Ramsey Community College English Department will present poet Jim Moore as the final author in the 2011-2012 Two Rivers Reading Series, Wednesday, April 11, 1 to 1:50 p.m. and again 2 to 2:50 p.m., in Coon Rapids Campus Legacy Room.

This event is free and open to the public.

Moore will read from and discuss his seventh poetry collection, “Invisible Strings,” which was recently nominated for a Minnesota Book Award in poetry.

“Invisible Strings,” published by Graywolf Press in 2011, is Moore’s seventh book of poetry.

Moore teaches creative writing at Hamline University, St. Paul, and lives during part of the year in Minneapolis and part of the year in Spoleto, Italy.
