Just one stroke separated the Panthers from the Saints and with 194 strokes, the Saints were just four strokes behind the tournament champion, Irondale.

St. Francis junior Emily Larson shot a 47, best of the Saints, while teammates junior Paige Berg came in at 48, and freshman Steph Schweigeer posted a 49.

For Spring Lake Park, freshman Ali Schultz and eighth-grader Ally Rogers each shot 46 strokes – best of all the Panthers for the tournament.

With those team tournament scores, North Suburban Conference standings have St. Francis in fourth, Spring Lake Park in fifth for the season so far.

Complete North Suburban Conference girls’ golf standings as of April 27 have Irondale on top, followed by Benilde-St. Margaret, St. Louis Park, St. Francis, Spring Lake Park, Totino-Grace, North Branch, Fridley and Chisago Lakes, in that order, top to bottom.
