Critters and Co., Inc. visited the school April 25 and shared a “Diversity, the Spice of Variety” presentation with the students.

This is the fourth year Greg and Diane Olson of the organization have visited the school.

During the presentation, Greg shared a variety of birds and other animals with the students, while talking with them about what makes each animal unique and special.

In comparing a squirrel with and rabbit, Greg encouraged students to embody both animals’ personalities.

“The trick is to use the right part of your personality in the right place,” he said.

Greg also encouraged the students to celebrate their differences.

“It would be really boring if we were all the same,” he said.
