“(We had) outstanding performances from Conlan Meade, Mac Nadeau, Eric Zickermann, Tyler Cline and Tyler Maki,” said Bengals head coach Josh Swart.

The Bengals got off to a fast start, jumping to a 6-2 lead early in the second quarter.

Shortly after that, the Huskies got off on a four-goal scoring run that had the game tied at 6-6 going into halftime.

From that point on Blaine was able to control the tempo of the game outscoring Andover 3-1 in the third quarter and 4-2 in the fourth.

The Bengals’ unbeaten streak was interrupted by Champlin Park Friday when the Rebels beat Blaine 15-7.

Tonight, the Bengals travel to Mahtomedia for a non-conference game. Kick-off at 7 p.m.
