The League of Women Voters MN has studied how unlimited political expenditures by corporations will affect Minnesota’s electoral system topic in depth and developed a briefing paper.
This briefing paper will be discussed at the May meeting of the LWV ABC Monday, May 14.
It highlights what existed prior to the Citizens United decision, what the decision was and what the decision has so far meant to Minnesota’s campaign finance law and laws in other states.
