St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Anoka hosted its annual Summerfest celebration on Saturday.
The day kicked off with a 5K run/walk and visitors were treated to carnival games for kids, musical entertainment, craft show and beer tent, along with traditional Mexican fare.
Summerfest also featured the popular raffle, which accounts for 90 percent of the festival’s fund-raising revenues. For $5 ticket buyers had a chance at winning more than $11,000 in cash prizes.
