Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) has been listed as one of the Star Tribune’s Top 100 Best Places to Work.
TCO has 28 locations across the metro area, including Coon Rapids, and more than 700 employees.
For this year’s honor, TCO employees were asked to participate in a survey about the company.
More than 70 percent of the employees responded and those responses put TCO back on the Star Tribune list for the second year in a row. TCO was ranked at No. 20 of the Top 100 Workplaces 2012.
“This honor is not about the management, the physicians, the board, etc. – it’s about the entire team,” said Troy Simonson, administrator of Twin Cities Orthopedics.
“We are nothing without our people. People with integrity, positive attitude and inspiration have an incredible effect on the greater good.
“It is a testament to the individuals and the entire team for making TCO a great place to work.”
The Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section was published in the Star Tribune June 17.
