New East Bethel Royalty to be crowned July 21

The 2012-2013 East Bethel Royalty will be crowned Saturday, July 21.

The East Bethel Scholarship Pageant at the East Bethel Ice Arena, 20675 Highway 65 N.E., begins at 2 p.m. and is one of the big events of the community’s Booster Days celebration.

There are three candidates vying for the Miss East Bethel and East Bethel Princess titles, three East Bethel Junior Princess candidates and four Little Miss East Bethel candidates.

The oldest winners receive an educational scholarship, while the youngest royalty member (Little Miss) will get a savings bond for educational use. All royalty members make numerous public appearances.
