The Anoka County Fair kicked off its six-day run Tuesday.
Among the activities were 4-H shows including the swine show, horse/pony show, beef show, sheep show and Arts-In youth musical performance.
Motocross, featuring high flying, fast paced dirt bike and ATV racing were featured Tuesday evening in the grandstand. Uncle Chunk performed Tuesday evening the bandshell.
The fair continues through Sunday.
This evening (Friday, July 27) in the grandstand is the NTPA tractor pull at 6 p.m. Boogie Wonderland will perform this evening from 7 to 11 p.m. in the bandshell and The Law Bank will take the stage in the beer garden from 7 to 11 p.m.
Tomorrow’s events (Saturday, July 28) include Midwest Monster Motorsports at 6 p.m. in the grandstand. Chris Brooks Band performs tomorrow evening from 7 to 11 p.m. in the bandshell and 100 Watt Jones performs from 7 to 11 p.m. in the beer garden.
The fair concludes Sunday, July 29 with a demolition derby at 3 p.m. in the grandstand. Sherwin Linton performs from 4 to 7 p.m. in the bandshell Sunday.
