Wichlen earns award from the state Legion Auxiliary

Becca Wichlen, a junior auxiliary member of the Coon Rapids American Legion, was presented with the Good Deed Award by National American Legion Auxiliary President Kris Nelson at the Department of Minnesota American Legion convention.

The convention took place at Jackpot Junction, Morton, July 19.

Wichlen was one of four young people who were recognized for their efforts, volunteerism and the work they do for veterans, community, children and the elderly.

She was sponsored by the Coon Rapids American Legion Auxiliary for this honor.
