Nowthen Threshing Show celebrates history

A celebration of history and farming took place last weekend in Nowthen.

The annual Nowthen Threshing Show was held Aug. 17 through 19.

This year’s featured items included Ford and Fordson tractors and cars and Fuller & Johnson gas engines.

There was music, activities and a daily parade of power, providing entertainment for young and old alike.

The Nowthen Threshing Show takes place annually the third full weekend in August and is presented by the Nowthen Historical Power Association.
