The law enforcement contract for 2013 has received approval by the Ham Lake City Council.
Under the contract, the city will continue to have the same law enforcement coverage from the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office.
That includes 7.6 deputies providing 36 hours of daily patrol service and 24-hour call and general service.
Total cost for the 2013 law enforcement contract is $954,004.
Ham Lake will receive $44,840 in police state aid, bringing the final contract cost to $909,164.
Unanimous approval of the contract came at the council’s Sept. 17 meeting.
