Early bird dinner for Coon Rapids Legion members

The Coon Rapids American Legion Post 334 and its Ladies Auxiliary hosted the annual early bird membership dinner Oct. 5 at the Legion post on Crooked Lake Boulevard.

Guest speakers were 10th District Commander Robert Locker of Fridley and 10th District President Shaaron Barnes of Wayzata.

They both spoke of the importance of keeping Legion membership strong and active.
