The popular flashlight pumpkin hunt is returning to Aquatore Park in Blaine.

The Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt and Family Dance takes place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27. Aquatore Park is located at 9191 Lincoln St. N.E.

The Blaine Parks Department hosts this annual event and requires parents to register their children. As of late Monday afternoon (Oct. 15), only 50 of the 200 available spots were available.

The event is targeted for kids ages 10 and under.

The cost is $9 per child and includes an opportunity to search Aquatore Park at night for pumpkins with a flashlight, a treat bag, a game of bingo, making s’mores and dancing to music provided by a DJ.

You must bring your own flashlight.
