Seniors who dressed up in a costume or Halloween theme clothing were eligible to receive prizes.

Shelly Johnson, senior center director, said they gave out eight prizes that people had donated. Some of the prizes included wood carving figurines, candles and boxes of candy.

The senior center had its own jar full of 84 pieces of candy. The person who guessed the closest won the candy, Johnson said.
