An 19-year-old Anoka teen who had been arrested on a felony sexual assault charge as a juvenile, has pleaded guilty to a new felony sexual assault count in Anoka County District Court as an adult.
Markus Dominik Buchite, 813 Elm St., entered his guilty plea Oct. 24 to a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge. He will be sentenced Jan. 4, 2013.
He remains free after posting bail, but is to have no unsupervised contact with juvenile females and no contact with the victim, according to court records.
A 13-year-old girl told authorities that she had sexual intercourse with Buchite July 2, 2011 when she was 12 years old.
She said she rode her bike from her residence to Buchite’s home on Elm Street, where the incident took place in a van in the driveway.
Acquaintances of the girl told law enforcement that she had told them what had occurred.
According to the complaint, Buchite was charged in Anoka County Juvenile Court with second-degree criminal sexual conduct in 2010 as a juvenile and the case was under court jurisdiction.
