Folleeez fun at District 16
The eighth annual Spring Lake Park School District 16 Staff Folleeez and Variety Show took place Nov. 16 and seven acts entertained to a nearly sold out crowd.

The event was a fund-raiser for the Panther Foundation, which provides grants for students and teachers to enrich the educational experiences of students.
- Spring Lake Park District 16 Superintendent Jeff Ronneberg leads students and principals in the Turkey Woogie dance at the annual Panthers Folleeez and Variety Show. Kim Fehringer, principal of Park Terrace, woogies along with Ronneberg. The Nov. 16 evening show played to a nearly full house in the district’s fine arts center. The fund-raiser for the district’s Panther Foundation is sponsored by and features performances by SLP District staff. Proceeds go to Panther grant awards that directly benefit students. - Paula Lanoue is the head pin in “The King Pins,” featuring human bowling pins, mostly from Westwood Intermediate School.
- The Westwood Middle School staff did a take-off on the Von Trapp family singers. Principal Paula Hoff is fourth from right.
- John Franke, assistant principal at Spring Lake Park High School, and Brandon Taitt of the district’s tech department yuk it up in an Abbott and Costello skit.
