Over 700 people came out to Blaine City Hall Monday night for an evening of holiday activities.
“Everything went well,” said Tom Godfrey, program supervisor for the Blaine Parks and Recreation department.
The hay ride activity was popular this year because of the good weather, he said.
There were plenty of fun choices to keep people busy during the 11th annual winter holiday celebration event. This included holiday bingo, a candy cane hunt, crafts, coloring contest, musical entertainment, hay rides and a camp fire.
Godfrey said attendance was slightly down from last year, but it was still really good.
