Hundreds of folks big and small came out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening to enjoy the lights of the season.

Horse- and tractor-drawn hayrides carried visitors along trails winding through the fairgrounds.

Campfires blazed and provided warmth and flame for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows.

Kids could visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus inside Santa’s farm house.

Carolers entertained inside the giant blue building where visitors could munch on popcorn, sip hot chocolate and enjoy cotton candy, too.

Sponsors of the event this year included the Anoka County Fair, Old Tyme Thrashers, Anoka Lions, Ramsey Lions, Tony’s Flowers, Liberty Heating, Gary and Chad Wrobel, AFC Technologies, Cloverleafs, Merry Maids, 4H Horse Committee, Main Motors, Hyovalti Holstein and Midwest Showmen’s.
