Blaine Police Reports Week of Dec. 28-Jan. 3

Theft, Burglary

•On Dec. 28 at 2:57 a.m. in the 10900 block of Club West Parkway N.E., a purse was reported stolen from a vehicle.

•On Dec. 28 at 7:23 a.m. in the 9620 block of East Sandpiper Drive N.E., a vehicle was reported stolen. The owner had left the car running with the keys in it while it was parked in the driveway.

•On Dec. 28 at 9:48 a.m. in the 10200 block of Presidents Drive N.E., an unknown person entered a locked vehicle and several items were stolen.

•On Dec. 28 at 6:38 p.m. in the 10800 block of University Ave. N.E., a vehicle parked by a gas pump was reported stolen. The keys were not in the vehicle, but it was running.

•On Dec. 29 at 4:40 p.m. in the 4200 block of Pheasant Ridge Drive N.E., a vehicle was reported stolen. It was locked and no keys were inside.

•On Dec, 29 at 6:49 p.m. in the 1850 block of 105th Ave. N.E., it was reported that a front passenger window of a vehicle was broken out and a white and black python skin purse was stolen.

•On Dec. 30 at 7:16 a.m. in the 10800 block of 6th St. N.E., a person reported a catalytic converter was removed from a truck.

•On Dec. 30 at 5:38 p.m. in the 330 block of Northtown Drive N.E., a vehicle was reported stolen.

•On Dec, 31 at 8:37 a.m. in the 4350 block of Pheasant Ridge Drive N.E., a person reported a catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle.

•On Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 between 10:58 p.m. and 3:30 a.m., there were three separate reports of thefts of people not paying cab fares.

•On Jan. 2 at 10:14 a.m. in the 340 block of Restwood Road N.E., a person came to the police department to report her son’s trumpet had been stolen.

Miscellaneous

•On Dec. 29 at 2:30 p.m. in the 11100 block of Club West Parkway N.E., it was reported that somebody fraudently used a name and social security number to obtain services from a wireless company in New York.

•On Dec. 31 at 12:18 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 65 and 117th Ave. N.E., a driver was arrested for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Criminal Property Damage

•On Dec. 30 at 9:49 a.m. in the 10000 block of Jackson St. N.E., it was reported that a rear window of a vehicle was smashed out. Nothing was taken.

•On Jan. 1 at 11:14 p.m. in the 300 block of Northtown Drive N.E., it was reported that a rear window of a vehicle was smashed out. Nothing was taken.

•On Jan. 3 at 7:35 p.m. in the 390 block of Northtown Drive N.E., it was reported that a front door vehicle window was broken out.
