The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Minnesota is offering a free educational course that helps families gain a greater understanding of mental illness, discuss resources, build communication skills, reduce stress and find support.
The Family-to-Family course will meet weekly on Tuesdays for 12 weeks starting Feb. 12, 6:30 to 9 p.m., at the Church of the Epiphany, 1900 111th Ave. N.W., Coon Rapids.
Over 3,000 Minnesota families have taken this course.
