Lisa Knox-Montour, Coon Rapids, recently returned from a week-long trip to the United Kingdom with 11 of her classmates in the public safety administration graduate program at the Twin Cities campus of St. Mary’s University.

In addition to schooling, Knox-Montour is also a readjustment counselor technician for the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs.
