Advisers Jen Galvin and Tammy Sloth attended the visit with the students.

Sloth said the students enjoyed seeing the surgical area where animals are treated and cared for. They also saw first-hand how essential blankets and towels were to the operation of the Animal Human Society.

During the visit the students were able to pet several animals including a dog, a cat and a rabbit.

“It was a fabulous trip and quite the learning experience,” Sloth said.
