Alexandra House will host the 10th annual Hope Gala Saturday, March 2, 6 p.m., at the Tournament Players Club in Blaine.
Tickets are priced at $125 per person and are available online at www.alexandrahouse.org. Proceeds from the gala support Alexandra House’s comprehensive services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
The evening’s program will focus on Alexandra House’s youth services. Each year, Alexandra House reaches hundreds of local middle and high school students through classroom presentations, “Choose Respect” programming, support groups, one-on-one advocacy and more.
The event will feature a keynote address from a former Alexandra House client, focused on the importance of youth services and violence prevention.
During the evening, guests will be entertained by the music of the Steve Blons Trio, and will enjoy a three-course meal with wine.
Before dinner, those in attendance can try their luck at the cork toss to win bottles of wine or sip a drink from the martini luge.
The gala’s annual highlights include the live and silent auctions, featuring a lineup of luxury items, services and experiences.
The live auction will include a Napa vacation package with private wine tastings, Minnesota Vikings tickets and autographed memorabilia, a wild game dinner hosted by the Tournament Players Club and more.
For those unable to attend, an online auction will also take place in conjunction with the gala from Feb. 25 through March 5. More information is available at www.alexandrahouse.org.
New this year, Alexandra House will be raffling off a Mediterranean cruise for two (or $5,000 trip of the winner’s choice). Raffle tickets are available to the public now and the winner need not be present at the gala to win.
