Mother Earth wins recording studio award in SLP’s Battle of the Bands

Mother Earth was named the winner of Spring Lake Park High School’s annual Battle of the Bands.

: Amira Shanaa, who along with Stephanie Pi (not pictured) were named outstanding performers in the singing category, sings Adele’s “Take It All.” Both performed solos.

: David Lewandowski is on guitar and Nick Ludgate on drums as part of the group Lymphelium Lester. Other band members (not pictured) are brothers Ryan and Derek Hartman.

: The crowd gets into the groove along with Adam Trott’s guitar virtuosity. Trott is a member of Mother Earth, the band that walked off with top honors and 24 hours of recording time in McNally Smith College of Music studios in St. Paul.
