Free child identification kits program is at Rainbow Foods

Rainbow Foods has partnered with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Mobile Electronic Fingerprinting to provide free child identification kits.

The child safety event will take place at the Coon Rapids Rainbow Foods, 3324 124th Ave. N.W., Saturday, March 23 from 9 to 11 a.m.

The staff at Mobile Electronic Fingerprinting includes individuals such as retired police officers who will be helping parents create a customized identification kit for each child that includes their photo, fingerprints, physical description and other distinguishing characteristics that would be helpful to law enforcement in the event that the child is ever missing.
