Having fun at school

Kids and their families came to have fun at the annual St. Francis Elementary School carnival March 23.

The Dr. Seuss-themed event raised $7,000, according to the school’s APT (Association of Parents and Teachers).

While the kids where having fun with the fishing game, getting colorful hairdos and taking a walk for books, they were raising funds the APT uses to pay for field trips, school supplies and other projects.
