Spring into song this summer at St. Francis park

Artpaul spring 1Singer-songwriter Paul Spring will perform as part of Anoka County Library’s Bookawocky summer reading and exploring program. June 26, 11 a.m., free, at St. Francis in the Park, 23310 Rum River Blvd. NW. Spring’s music is interactive, upbeat and evokes such characters as Sherlock Holmes, Don Quixote, Peter Pan and mermaids. Spring, who was recently featured on NPR’s “All Things Considered,” also throws in some old traditional folk tunes for good measure. Photo submitted
