An Anoka woman faces two felony charges in Anoka County District Court for allegedly threatening a man with a gun.
Maristella Manaray Plautz, 42, was arraigned in court June 21 on second-degree assault and terroristic threats charges.
Plautz posted $20,000 bail and is due back in court July 17. A no contact order was issued by the court.
The evening of June 19, Anoka Police were called to a residence on the 800 block of Brisbin Street several times on a report of an intoxicated and combative woman.
According to the complaint, police went back to the home when a 911 call came from the address from a man who said a woman had pulled a gun on him.
The man alleged that he and Plautz had argued and as she became more and more intoxicated and combative, she got a gun and threatened to shoot him.
The complaint alleges that the man locked himself in a bedroom until police arrived.
Police asked Plautz where the gun was and she allegedly told them it was under a couch, from where officers retrieved a 9 mm handgun with rounds in the magazine, but not in the chamber.
In a statement to police, Plautz allegedly admitted to having the gun, but denied intending to harm the man.
