CITY OF COON RAPIDS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE COON RAPIDS PLANNING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Coon Rapids Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and make recommendation on the following matter:
CASE: 13-17
ITEM: Amendment to Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Crescent Ponds
PETITIONER:
Signature Ventures
LOCATION: Main Street and University Avenue
The Petitioner requests that the Coon Rapids Planning Commission consider and make a recommendation to the Coon Rapids City Council to amend a final PUD site plan to modify the five foot garage side yard setback to include living space above and directly behind the garage.
The properties are located:
On the southwest corner of Main Street and University Avenue

Said hearing will take place on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at the City Center, 11155 Robinson Drive in the City Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. The City Center is ADA accessible.
