NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, under, and by virtue of, that certain findings of fact, conclusions of law, order for summary judgment and judgment dated July 2, 2013, and filed on July 3, 2013 (Order), a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the Property, as hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action from Defendants, John J. Skeate, Sally C. Skeate, and Matthew J. Olson (collectively, Defendants), as prescribed in the Order, with respect to that certain real estate mortgage executed by Defendants, in favor of Riverview Community Bank, a Minnesota banking corporation (Riverview), dated August 24, 2006, and recorded on September 13, 2006 as Document No. 1987475.008, as assigned to Central Bank, a Minnesota banking corporation, pursuant to that certain Receivers Assignment of Note and Mortgage/Deed dated October 18, 2010 and recorded October 21, 2010 as Document No. 2018242.006, both in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, the undersigned Sheriff of Anoka County, Minnesota, shall sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 27th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., Anoka County Sheriffs Office, 13301 Hanson Boulevard Northwest, Andover, Minnesota 55304, in the said County and State, the following premises and real estate described in said Order, commonly known 12278 Baltimore Court Northeast, Blaine, Minnesota, PID No. 08-31-23-13-0063, and legally described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 2, Appleseed 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (Property).
THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR THE REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGORS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTE 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
