NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage dated April 17, 2006, executed by TSM Inc., a Minnesota corporation, as mortgagor(s) to U.S. Bank N.A. as mortgagee in the original principal amount of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand ($520,000.00) Dollars, recorded with the Anoka County Recorder, State of Minnesota, on May 8, 2006, as doc. no. 1984242.007; that all pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover any part of the debt secured by said mortgage; that there is claimed to be due thereon the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty-one Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-six and 10/100 ($861,436.10) Dollars on this date; and that pursuant to the power of sale therein the mortgage will be foreclosed and the property in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows:
That part of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 32, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: From a point distant 33.31 chains East and 7.44 chains North, 2 degrees 45 minutes West from the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18, thence South 58 degrees East 6.213 chains; thence North 47 degrees East 2.96 chains; thence North 59-1/2 degrees East 3.64 chains to center of road running North through center of said Section and the actual place of beginning; thence North on said road 1.14 chains, thence South 79 degrees East, 2.64 chains, thence South 61 1/2 degrees East 2.28 chains; thence South 35 degrees East 1.91 chains; thence South 46-1/2 degrees East 3.23 chains to center of road leading from Anoka to St. Francis, thence Southerly along the center line of road to the center line of road first above mentioned as running North through the center of said Section 18, thence North to the actual place of beginning.
