The Council of the City of Coon Rapids will receive sealed bids in duplicate at the office of the Purchasing Clerk at the City Hall, 11155 Robinson Drive, Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55433, until 10:00 a.m., on December 6, 2013, for:
Generator Maintenance
All bids shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashiers check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the order of the City of Coon Rapids for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid as well as a performance bond.
Bids shall be addressed to the Purchasing Clerk, securely sealed, with Generator Maintenance marked on the outside of the envelope.
Copies of the specifications will be furnished on request to any prospective bidder at no cost.
The City Council reserves the right to:
reject all bids or any alternates
to hold bids for forty-five (45) days
accept any bid which best serves the interest of the City, in the Citys opinion
waive any minor irregularities.
Bids will be opened and tabulated by the Purchasing Clerk or her assistant at City Hall at 10:00 a.m. on December 6, 2013.
