Blaine community gets into the holiday spirit

The Blaine community came out to Blaine City Hall Monday evening for the winter holiday celebration.

Snow came just in time for the 12th annual community event, making the candy canes a little more difficult to find in the candy cane hunt, but the temperature was not too cold and there was no cold blasting wind for those who stood around a camp fire to roast marshmallows.

Many people stayed indoors though where almost all the activities took place, including holiday music, holiday bingo, crafts and coloring contest.
