This chapter also held a fundraiser movie event in November, which collected food donations that were also donated to a food shelf in Anoka County.

Additionally, the chapter made 97 grants totaling $65,830 to Anoka County area individuals and non-profit groups to be used for humanitarian or community development purposes, including Alexandra House, Free2B!, Lee Carlson Center, Mediation Services, Hope 4 Youth and Family Promise.

The chapter members held several events in the area to bring people together for fun, education and helping others. For example, the chapter hosted a trip to a Twins game, held financial workshops, hosted a night on the Paddleford and much more.
