NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage dated June 24, 2008, executed by Gregory A. Lindgren and Linda L. Lindgren, as mortgagor(s) to First National Bank of Elk River as mortgagee in the original principal amount of Thirty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Forty-one and 21/100 ($39,341.21) Dollars, recorded with the Anoka County Recorder, State of Minnesota, on July 9, 2008, as doc. no. 2001650.017; that all pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover any part of the debt secured by said mortgage; that there is claimed to be due thereon the sum of Thirty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-four and 21/100 ($38,594.21) Dollars on this date; and that pursuant to the power of sale therein the mortgage will be foreclosed and the property in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows:
