NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage dated March 3, 2005, executed by Jacqueline M. Smith, as mortgagor(s) to U.S. Bank National Association ND as mortgagee in the original principal amount of One Hundred Twelve Thousand ($112,000.00) Dollars, recorded with the Anoka County Recorder, State of Minnesota, on April 5, 2005, as doc. no. 1974165.019; that all pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover any part of the debt secured by said mortgage; that there is claimed to be due thereon the sum of One Hundred Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-two and 19/100 ($112,682.19) Dollars on this date; and that pursuant to the power of sale therein the mortgage will be foreclosed and the property in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows:

The mortgagor(s) must vacate the property on or before 11:59 p.m. on July 24, 2014, if (i) the mortgage is not reinstated under 580.30, or (ii) the property is not redeemed under 580.23.

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Pursuant to the provisions of Minn. Stat. 580.07, the foregoing foreclosure sale is postponed until April 25, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. at the Sheriffs Office, 13301 Hanson Boulevard NW, Andover, Anoka County, Minnesota.
The Mortgagor(s) must vacate the property on or before 11:59 p.m. on May 30, 2014 (which is five weeks from the date of sale per Court Order, dated January 21, 2014), if the sheriffs sale is not further postponed, the mortgage is not reinstated under 580.30, the property is not redeemed under 580.23, or the redemption period is not reduced under 582.032.
