NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage dated April 16, 2003, executed by Craig Michael Hess and Amy H. Hess, as mortgagor(s) to U.S. Bank National Association ND as mortgagee in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand ($230,000.00) Dollars, recorded with the Anoka County Registrar of Titles, State of Minnesota, on June 5, 2003, as doc. no. 433399; that the mortgage is upon registered land; that all pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover any part of the debt secured by said mortgage; that there is claimed to be due thereon the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-four and 21/100 ($228,994.21) Dollars on this date; and that pursuant to the power of sale therein the mortgage will be foreclosed and the property in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows:

will be sold by the sheriff of said county at public auction on February 7, 2014, at 10:00 oclock A.M. at Sheriffs Office, 13301 Hanson Blvd. N.W., Andover, Minnesota, to pay the debt secured by the mortgage, including costs and attorneys fees allowed by law subject to redemption by the mortgagor(s), their heirs or assigns, within six (6) months from the date of sale. The mortgagor(s) must vacate the property on or before 11:59 p.m. on August 7, 2014, if (i) the mortgage is not reinstated under 580.30, or (ii) the property is not redeemed under 580.23.

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Pursuant to the provisions of Minn. Stat. 580.07, the foregoing foreclosure sale is postponed until March 12, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. at the Sheriffs Office, 13301 Hanson Boulevard NW, Andover, Anoka County, Minnesota.
The Mortgagor(s) must vacate the property on or before 11:59 p.m. on September 12, 2014, if the sheriffs sale is not further postponed, the mortgage is not reinstated under 580.30, the property is not redeemed under 580.23, or the redemption period is not reduced under 582.032.
