Bring your trophy to the official measuring area at the Schwan Center. No pre-registration required and this year it’s free!

The first 50 visitors each day who bring a trophy to be measured by the Minnesota Official Measurers will receive a Minnesota Deer Classic t-shirt. In addition, every visitor who brings a trophy to the show to be measured and officially scored will be entered into a drawing to win a ScentBlocker Suit drawn at the end of the show.  Only those who bring a trophy qualify to win!

New this year will be an aerial archery shoot featuring the new A-1 Archery aerial archery target machine. Step outside and test your skills on the range. You get ten shots using A-1’s bows and arrows. Fee: $2 for kids 12 and under; $5 for shooters 12 and up; and a portion of the proceeds will benefit area youth archery organizations.

Antlers By Klaus

Some of the main attractions appearing at Antlers By Klaus will include the famous Knisely Buck from Meeker County, Minnesota, a world record 4×4 frame and the only wild deer known to grow over 200 inches of antlers for three years in a row, and the legendary Ghost Buck, the world record albino from Wisconsin.

Klaus Lebrecht, owner of Antlers By Klaus, just finished his latest new replica, the Hattie Peck Buck, a monster buck that was harvested in Jefferson County, Iowa, in 2008. This buck produced 20 scorable points with a 26 inch inside spread and scored a final non-typical score of 232 3/8”.
