A 43-year-old man was sentenced Feb. 3 in Anoka County District Court to 21 months in prison for a felony domestic assault charge.
According to the criminal complaint, Troy Allen Wolf of St. Francis punched his father several times in the arm during an argument.
His father called the police and said that his son had assaulted him several times in the past and uses a lot of meth and alcohol, according to the complaint.
Authorities saw bruising on Wolf’s father’s arm and found that Wolf had two prior domestic assault convictions within the last 10 years. According to court records, he was convicted in April 2011 of felony domestic assault in Anoka County. His criminal record also shows other felony theft convictions.
