TO: Barbara Nelson, Michael Corbett, Corey Corbett, Mindy Awaijane, the unknown heirs of Carl T. Corbett, deceased, and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development
Upon receiving and filing the Report of Examiner of Titles in the above-entitled matter,
IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on June 12, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. in Room 715 of the Anoka County Government Center, 2100 3rd Avenue, in the City of Anoka, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and then, or as soon thereafter as the above-entitled matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing of a certified copy of this order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 110797 and enter a new Certificate of Title for Lot 3, except the South 73.4 feet thereof, and the South 78.4 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, GOODIN HEIGHTS, in favor of Federal National Mortgage Association, whose address is 14221 Dallas Parkway, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75254-2916, subject to the existing recital, but free from all memorials appearing on the present certificate through the memorial of Document No. 514907.005, and free also from the memorial of this order.
Attendance is required only by those who wish to object to the entry of the above-described Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon the above-named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law; for the service of Summons in a civil action; (b) it shall be served at least 14 days before the hearing upon each of the above-named non-residents by sending a copy of this Order to the nonresidents post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt; (c) it shall be served upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks publication and by sending a copy of this Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing by first class mail to the last known address of such party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated; (d) it shall be served upon the United States of America by serving one copy of this Order together with the Petition herein upon the United States District Attorney or an Assistant United States District Attorney for the Fourth Division of the District of Minnesota or a clerical employee designated by the United States attorney in writing filed with the clerk of the court in which the action is brought and by mailing two copies of the Petition and two copies of this Order to the Attorney General in Washington, D.C., by registered or certified mail; and by mailing one copy of the Petition and one copy of this Order to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
