Upon receiving and filing the Report of the Examiner of Titles in the above entitled matter:
IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on the 12th day of June, 2014, at 1:00 pm, Room 715 of the Anoka County Government Center, 2100 3rd Ave, in the City of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and then, or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles of Anoka County, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, Court File No. 02-CV-14-1246 cancel Certificate of title No. 107790 and enter a new certificate of title for Lot 8, BROOKVIEW ADDITION, except that part described as follows: The Easterly 100 feet, front and rear of Lot 8, Brookview Addition, except that part lying Southerly of the following described line : Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 8, distant 30 feet North from the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, thence Southwesterly on a tangential curve having a radius of 30 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 8, distant 30 feet West from the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 and there terminating in favor of Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, 1410 Spring Hill Rd, McLean, VA 22102-3058, subject to the existing recital, but free from all memorials appearing on the present certificate through the memorial of Document No. 522334.002, and free also from the memorial of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, That this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days before the hearing upon the above-named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of Summons in a civil action; (b) at least 14 days before the hearing upon each of the above-named non-residents by sending a copy of this Order to the non-residents post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; (c) upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated, (d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat. Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. 5.25.
