Legacy Christian Academy sends 25 more graduates into the world

Legacy Christian Academy sent 25 graduates into the world after its June 6 commencement ceremony for its 12th grade class.

A unique part of this private Christian school in Andover is it provides educational opportunities under one roof from the time students are in kindergarten through to 12th grade graduation.

Almost all of this year’s graduates started somewhere else, but Dylan Johnson, Luke Johnson, Nathan Krenz and Kevin Rohr were recognized on the program as having attended the school all 13 years.

Luke Anderson, Luke Johnson, Justin Oberlander and Kiana Ruf each reminisced with their classmates about memorable moments over the years both when they were in the secondary school and at the elementary level.

A video gave everyone a chance to see not only the graduates favorite senior photo but a cute or comical photo from their childhood as well.

Lynne Putz, Discovery Center coordinator, presented the annual faculty challenge. After receiving their diplomas from school administration and then a prayer of blessing from senior class advisor Meredith Christian, the students were ready for the next challenge in their lives.
