Come see the fairy tale unfold when St. Francis Summer Children’s Theater presents Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast, Jr.” on stage next weekend.

Director Glenn Morehouse Olson said it’s truly a family affair, when more than 80 young actors and actresses dressed in costumes “created, coordinated and borrowed” by parent volunteers take the stage on a set constructed by moms and dads.

Show times are 7 p.m. June 19 and 20; 2 p.m. June 21 and take place at the St. Francis High School Performing Arts Center, 3325 Bridge Street, St. Francis.

Tickets ($8 for adults; $6 for students/seniors) are available online at StFrancisHS.seatyourself.biz.

Tickets will also be available at the door.
