Andover Family Fun Fest officially kicks off 5 p.m. July 11 and ends with the July 12 fireworks show.

The 5K Fun Run/Walk, starting on Crosstown Boulevard by the water tower, is the first event July 12. It is a certified and timed 3.1-mile course, beginning 8 a.m.. The fee is $25 after July 9 or $20 before, which includes a T-shirt.

The kids participating in the half-mile run starting at 9 a.m., after the 5K race, can run for free.
