The National Sports Center announced a new partnership with Gradient Financial Group, LLC to rename Schwan Center, the NSC’s 10-year-old 36,000 square feet meeting, convention and expo facility to be known as Gradient Financial Center.
The adjacent Sport Expo Center features an 18,000 square foot space suitable for trade shows, sports event and training.
National Sports Center Chief Communications Officer Barclay Kruse said the previous agreement with Schwan Food Company was allowed to expire while they found a new naming rights partner.
Gradient Financial Center is also home to Gentry Academy, a school founded in 2014 on the belief of providing excellence in both academics and athletics, specifically hockey.
Gradient Financial Group was founded 10 years ago by Chuck and Tami Lucius and serves independent financial service professionals. The group is based in Arden Hills with a second location in Topeka, Kansas.
“We are honored that this incredible facility will now be known as Gradient Financial Center,” said Lucius. “We are excited for the future and grateful to be a part of the world-renowned National Sports Center.”
