Anoka improves to 15-0 with Tuesday’s win against Andover

The Anoka softball team defeated Andover 11-0 in five innings Tuesday to improve to 15-0. Andover moves to 3-12 with the loss.

Molly Swenson tossed a three-hitter and struck out eight Andover batters. She got plenty of help at the plate from LeeAnna Nevin, who drove in five runs off three hits. Alexis Tonsager had two hits and two RBI and Laura King added three hits.

Miah Hermanson had two of Andover’s three hits and Grace Halvorson recorded the third.
