At least some of the problems for residents in the area of 90th Lane and University may be solved, according to a report presented at an Oct. 17 meeting of the Blaine City Council. Several weeks ago, residents of the area presented to council a petition seeking relief from disturbances in the Hofbrau parking lot, speeding and heavy traffic. Suggested solutions included cyclone fencing and floodlighting for the parking lot and reduction of the speed limit on Univ. Avenue.
