A man charged with two felony no contact order violations in a month in Coon Rapids has pleaded guilty to one of them in an Anoka County District Court plea agreement.

Construction of a $1 million Warner Home Care Center at Northtown Shopping Center will begin Monday, April 22, according to an announcement by Robert F. Peterson, north central division manager for National Building Centers. Peterson said the 55,000 sq. ft. free-standing building will be located on the northeast corner of the intersection of highway 10 and University Avenue–across highway 10 from the main shopping complex.
