The man behind organization of the Blaine High School Veterans Day program for the past five years thinks the city of Blaine could use a permanent memorial for its community members who served in the armed forces.
“My goal is this will be the best veterans memorial park in Minnesota,” said Steve Guider, a technology para at Blaine High School who also serves as the head coach of the girls hockey team and an assistant football coach.
